Mother Nature has decided to get in on photobombings too. We’ve seen a lot of interesting wedding-related things recently. We’ve had crop top wedding dresses, wedding dresses you can wear after your nuptials and who could forget Olivia Palermo making shorts look classy at her wedding?

This might take the (wedding) cake as the craziest wedding-related thing we’ve seen. According to Buzzfeed, a Canadian couple went out to have their wedding photos taken by photographer Colleen Niska, when they spotted a funnel cloud in the distance. Rather than think, “holy shit, tornado!” and drive until they saw sunny skies, they decided to seize the opportunity to create some of the most epic wedding photos ever created:

Here’s the happy couple strolling hand-in-hand, with the tornado looming in the distance. (If it is any reassurance, the tornado wasn’t heading in their direction.) Either they are so in love that they don’t notice the tornado, or they have Oscar-winning acting skills. They look like they don’t have a care in the world. I am impressed.

Photographer Colleen Niska posted the images on her Facebook page and explained about the incredible shots:

“I’ve dreamed about a day like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could NOT wait to post these! Pretty sure this will only happen once in my lifetime!”

I bet this is a once in a lifetime photo, because I don’t imagine tornado weddings will become a trend. Mind you, we’ve seen that nothing is too outlandish when it comes to weddings (hello Kimye wedding) so there could a rise in weddings taking place in Tornado Alley. Though, for the future, I think this is one time where photoshop could be put to good use.
