Supermodel Naomi Campbell and "it" girl with the best eyebrows Cara Delevingne have reportedly had a dust-up at an after-party during Paris Fashion Week.
According to gossip bible Page Six, the tussle was over Rihanna at a party for Garage magazine.
Campbell, always up for confrontation, allegedly overheard Delevingne saying "something negative about Rihanna" a "source" said.
"Naomi accused Cara of 'disrespecting' Rihanna and started yelling before Naomi pushed Cara, who pushed back," the big mouth continued.
They also highlighted Delevingne's Victoria Cross-level bravery for messing with fashion's most fierce personality.
"Cara pulled Naomi's weave, but it didn't come off.
"It was a noisy and packed party. Naomi was saying all these nonsensical things, she was ranting. There was a messy pushing match. Cara didn't understand because there's no problem between her and Rihanna. Cara didn't want to be involved and was telling Naomi, 'Get away from me!'"
After the fracas, Campbell left and attended a new party where "everyone was talking about the drama with Cara, but Naomi just smiled angelically."
Both models hosed down the controvery on social media. With Campbell tweeting, "Don't know where this story has come from about Cara Delevingne and I fighting! It is completely untrue, ignore the rumours."
Delevingne, one of the world's most successful up-and-coming models and actors, then retweeted her. Probably out of fear as the 44-year-old model does not play kindly with the next generation.
Something Australian model Nicole Trunfio can attest.
The pair appeared on the local version of the modelling reality TV show The Face which involved Campbell, who was also an executive producer of the series, storming out of many scenes and yelling, "Don't compare yourself to me ever. You're not on my level and you never will be."
Despite being incredibly philanthropic and vocal about racism in fashion, Campbell is also renowned for her love of blood diamonds and being incredibly volatile. In the decade from 1998 to 2008 she was accused of assaulting about 10 assistants, associates and police officers.
Here are three of her best meltdowns (that actually happened):
Her mobile phone v personal assistant
In 2000 she discovered mobile phones weren't just useful for making calls, they could also be used as missiles and thus pleaded guilty to assault after attacking her personal assistant Georgina Galanis with one. They settled for an undisclosed sum after the model agreed to attend anger management classes. After that a number of others came forward claiming to have been abused by her, during that time she was photographed proudly wearing a t-shirt with the slogan, "Naomi Hit Me... And I Loved It".
Her BlackBerry v housekeeper
Fast forward to 2007 and Campbell pleaded guilty to assaulting her former housekeeper who accused her of throwing her BlackBerry at her. She was sentenced to attend another anger management program, pay her (former) assistants medical expenses and perform five days of community service.
She treated New York's sanitation department like fashion week, arriving for her punishment wearing designer garb, fur coats and fedoras. She celebrated her final day by wearing a silver Dolce & Gabbana evening gown.
"This is how I dress, and this is how I carry myself. What do they expect me to do walk in looking all drib and drab? I've never looked drib and drab in my life," she told W magazine in a feature titled "The Naomi Diaries".
"I keep on sweeping. I'm moving so fast they tell me to slow down. I'm getting very protective of my pile of rubbish kind of the way I feel about my Hermès handbag or my Louis Vuitton."
Dunkin Donuts LOLs
Four months later she was able to make fun of her temper possibly she was paid to appear in a commercial for Dunkin Donuts directed by Scrubs star Zach Braff. In the 30-second clip she breaks a heel while gardening before throwing it and smashing a window.
Her saliva v Metropolitan Police Service
The therapeutic benefits of sweeping and cash offers for more lampooning wore off in 2008 when she assaulted two police officers at Heathrow airport. She reportedly spat at them after an argument over her lost luggage. She was sentenced to another 200 hours community service, fined more than $4500 and banned for life from British Airways.
